All tube assemblies used on tracked military vehicles, medium to heavy trucks, turbine engines, aircraft, diesel engines, automatic transmissions, tractors, automotive and specialized vehicles.

Manufacturing Range
We fabricate almost any tube - large or small - We specialize between 1 1/4" to 6 ", and go all the way up to 8" diameter - 1 piece through 40,000 piece lot size.

Operations Performed
Tube bending, welding, flaring, flanging, expanding, swedging, forming, flattening, sheet metal, punching, stamping, machining, milling, turning, surface grinding, shearing, boring, hydroforming pre-bending, tool and die, brazing, Zy-glo and more. We also use the many outside services available in the greater Detroit area.

Experience
Located for 45 years in Wayne, we have relocated in 1986 to our 10 acre site in Romulus, near the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. We fabricate tubes for hundreds of customers, making thousands of different assemblies.

Ability to Perform Contracts
Contracts held range from $100.00 through $500,000.00 each. The average number of contracts in production at any time is over 1000.

Manufacturing Plant
Our Romulus facility has 94,000 square feet on 10 acres near I-94 and I-275. We are minutes from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. It is designed for future expansion and growth.

Inventory
Over a thousand different types and sizes of stainless steel, inconel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper and titanium are stocked to Military, AMS, and ASTM standards. We also inventory many types of fittings used on aircraft and military vehicles including flanges, screw machine parts, hydraulic fittings and stampings. Our inventory is one of the most complete in our industry.

Skilled Work Force
Many of our 100 employees have been with us for over 20 years. We have trained some to become tool and die makers, certified welders, experienced tube benders, and machine operators. Our training program is approved by the Veterans Administration, and we use the local colleges.

Convenient Location and Delivery
Understanding that availability of raw materials is the most important factor, our facility is conveniently located near major tubing mills and distributors. We are only minutes from freight lines, air carriers and UPS for next day delivery. This enables us to receive raw materials and ensure that shipments of finished product are received when needed by our customers.
