4Up to 6" IPS Bending at Woolf Aircraft
Woolf Aircraft can bend pipes up to 6" IPS schedule 80 using our Pines #6 Tube bender. Pines told us only 40 to 50 of these machines have ever been made. We also have matched right and left hand sets of #4 and #2 Pines Benders capable of tangent to tangent bending with various rotations


Pipe Fabrication
Woolf Aircraft does various pipe fabrication projects involving Stainless, Carbon Steel, and even exotic materials. The welders are certified to Section 9 of the Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, (BPVC). Woolf employs the use of various equipment such as Bluco Fixture tables, O2 sensors, Orbital Welders, Pipe facing and cutting lathes, T-Drill Pull-Out Machines, and Victaulic End Groovers.

Pipe Assemblies
Many customers have been able to reduce welding of piping systems by using our machines to produce multiple bent assemblies, saving both time and money. We can also weld, machine and provide finished assemblies including paint or other coatings.
