Bending Woolf Aircraft specializes in tight radius and thin wall tube bending, with over 30 mandrel power benders and double stack CNC capabilities, we can handle your tube bending needs. Stainless, aluminum, carbon steel, brass and copper, we can do it all from 1/2" to 8" diameter.		CNC Machining Exacting requirements controlled in house with CNC precision; including turning, milling and grinding gives us the ability to produce an assortment of flanges and brackets using your assemblies.
Tool and Die Journeymen tool and die makers manufacture bend, blank, form, and draw dies to meet blueprint specifications. They also build welding and inspection fixtures, and close-tolerance parts.		Automated Welding Offering fully automated robotic 6 Axis MIG services as well as two 2 axis TIG services, we can reduce production time and cost for not only ourselves but for our customers as well.
Heli-Arc Welding Certified Heli-arc Welding to AWS D17.1 (was Mil-STD-1595) and Boiler Pressure Vessel Section 9		Brazing We torch braze using silver solder, bronze & brass. Copper & nickel brazing is done using outside sources.
Hose Beading, Flaring and Flanging We bead, flare and flange tubing to 6" diameter by rolling. We also upset form beads, flares and flanges to 2 1/2" diameter.		Magnaflux Inspection Zyglo Magnaflux inspection to ASTM-E-1417 Certified operators to MIL-STD-410
