 Fabricated Tubing
We fabricate tube assemblies which are both simple and complex from 1/8" to 7" diameters. We bend and further fabricate tubing in all metals including 304, 316 or 321 stainless, mild steel, 5052 or 6061 aluminum, titanium and inconel from one piece through 40,000 - piece lot size. Our processes include tube bending, forming, flaring, beading, expanding, swedging, beading, brazing, and welding. Woolf Aircraft Products is registered to Aerospace Standard AS9100:2004(B) as well as ISO 9001:2000. Welders are certified to AWS D17.1 and ASME BPV&C.

Mandrel tube bending using both CNC and our Pines tube benders allows us to produce round, smooth and wrinkle free bends up to 8". we specialize in thin wall and tight radius bends in Aluminum, stainless, Inconel, Titanium and Mild Steel. We are a small business with 100 employees, located in a modern 94,000 square foot facility in Romulus, Michigan.
